Buenos dias,
estoy intentado configurar el fax en elastix y no consigo que los fax me lleguen a mi correo electrónico y tampoco entran en el apartado fax visor de elastix.
He creado una extensión iax y un nuevo fax virutal con la extensión y la contraseña que he creado anteriormente.

Porque puede ser que no me entren los fax?

Que version de Elastix tienes, seguiste paso a paso las instrucciones del howto para recibir faxes?

Adicional al howto debes checar el cli de asterisk y el maillog en tu equipo con Elastix.

Yo tengo el Elastix desde Enero habitando 5 faxes y hasta ahora no tengo ningun problema.

Que es lo que estoy haciendo mal para no poder recibir fax ni en el correo electronico ni en el visor de fax de elastix??

Bueno ya medio replique tu error.

Cree la extension y el fax virtual pero las claves de la ext y del fax virtual no coinciden, asi que no da tono de fax.

Revisa las claves en ambas pantallas deben ser las mismas.

Solo asi no me dio tono de fax.

Si que son iguales el password del la extension iax y la del fax virtual, 1234.

Cuando me llega el fax entre otras cosas veo esto en el cli>

parece como que entra el fax, pero ni me llega al correo ni al "fax visor" de elastix.

Si, me da tono de fax si llamo ha esta extensión.

Puedes publicar el log de mail.log, del cli y el /var/log/asterisk/full
cuando recibes un fax.
