aqui reportando un error, les cuento, tengo un server HP ML115 G5 con 3 discos sata, estoy intentando hacer un raid5 para / y swap(estoy probando, ya me ha fallado con mas mdx tambien) y raid1 para boot, no permite raid5(por si acaso), bueno nada complicado, pero he instalado Centos 5.2 para 32 y 64.
En ambos caso al arrancar el S.O me arroja este error.

insmod: error inserting '/lib/raid456.ko' -1 File exists.
y luego me indica que 2 de 3 dispositivos de md2 estos ok. en el detalle de md2 deje en negrita algo bueno y ahi se ve que 2 de los 3 dispositos estan ok, el otro no se nada mas. Haber si alguien ha solucionado esto.

luego reviso el estado de mis arreglos vi /proc/mdstat y muestra :
