Cuando compró la portátil debieron haberle dicho a la señora que ya no era válida su garantía. La culpa es del vendedor porque en la garantía de Hp dice que si se ha quitado o agregado algún otro sistema operativo DIFERENTE al que se tenía instalado de fábrica se anula automáticamente la garantía. No ha habido ninguna injusticia, la señora a quien debería encarar es a su vendedor, no a Hp. Te lo digo como Ing. en Sistemas, además porque poseo una portátil Hp y la póliza lo ESPECIFICA. Hasta comprensibles fueron al decirle que se la podían volver a hacer válida si quitaba ese SO, nada le impedía volver a poner linux luego de que se la repararan.

y ps hace un tiempito vengo linuxeando

yo ya le meti linux a mi laptop

y tengo garantia extendida a tres anos y pues igual tuve la duda

entonces decidi comunicarme via chat con el soporte

en conclusion me dijeron que si metia linux perdia garantia de software pero no perdia garantia de hardware 

entonces no entiendo muy bien el caso de esa senora

Como podrás ver, la nota es de 2007. Las cosas ya han cambiado mucho desde entonces. De cualquier modo sugiero envies de nuevo tu comenario, pero como noticia. Comocomentario de una nota de 2007 va a ser difícil sea apreciado por la comunidad.
